BUYER BEWARE!!!This company is awful. I could never fit the entirety of my terrible experience in this review, so I will do my best to summarize. They will charge you triple the cost of managing your project yourself, just for you to still end up FORCED to manage the project yourself due to their incompetence. Then, after they take 3x longer than needed for completion, they don’t pay their subcontractors & leave you with a lien on your property & radio silence for months. They also disregard better business bureau inquiries, so I’m not sure how they even maintain good standing with them. Unless you want to pay exorbitant costs for materials that you can get from any retailer, just to end up stuck managing everything yourself anyway, AVOID this company! Their project manager is horrible at his job & the company is horrible at managing anything. They refuse to communicate with me in any way to rectify the fact that their refusal to pay their subcontractors WITH MY MONEY has left my property with a lien. BUYER BEWARE!
I had to give this company the 5 stars that it deserve. Anytime I need something done to my home, I called Vic who has always showed up on time. We bought our first home and we needed to get some projects done before we moved in. We called Property Pro Services, Kemar was the gentleman who helped us out every step of the way with doing the estimate and making sure everything was done before we moved in! They did a great job and everything turned out perfect! We will definitely use them again I highly recommend their services to everyone.
