Meticulous workmanship. Used TimberTech Harvest decking and Fortress FE26 railing with PT lattice underpinning. Looks great! Whole process took a bit longer than anticipated, but mostly due to rain and slow inspectors. Not cheap but considerably less than next closest estimate. Overall I am very pleased.
This is the 3rd time we’ve have hired Yanover Construction to help make our vision a reality. From the beginning stage with Jay through the construction stage with Marcelo, the project manager, they were always available to answer any questions or make any changes. Marcelo came to the site every day to see the progress. We love our new cook deck, pool pump house, and new stairs. They also painted all our homes trim and installed new gutters. If you want top notch quality work then give these guys a call. You will not be disappointed!
Had a great experience w Yanover Construction for my deck replacement.Marcelo was my project manager, very timely, knowledgeable and he listened.My construction staff was professional and delivered the finished product I wanted, in a timely fashion...I can't overlook, while reviewing, they cleaned after themselves at days end, every day!I am excited for my next project to get started, I'm only waiting for the quote!
Working with Yanover was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I requested a quote through Angies list and Yanover was the only company that sent me an estimator/project manager and not a salesman that wanted to come inside and give me a 2 hour sales pitch. The project Manager, Marcelo, was very communicative on scheduling and when workers would be at my home. He removed the dumpster as a favor for my daughter’s birthday weekend. The finished product looks amazing. My wife was posting daily updates to of the deck progress on Facebook and there were a lot of comments on how it looked like a custom professional job. Even the inspector said “this thing is built like a tank”. I will absolutely use Yanover for future projects
This kitchen project has gone on a long time (3 months) because of snafus with scheduling, materials, measurements, and workmanship. Although the project manager has done a good job communicating with us, listening to concerns, and remedying most of the issues, it’s soured us on the experience. Some of the tradespeople were great, and others were questionable, at best. I’m not a fan of the ProCraft cabinets, but the Cosmos counters are fantastic. I was able to choose flooring, backsplash, fixtures, and appliances (appliances not included). It’s nice to be almost done and have a working kitchen, but some of the finishes are so so. For example, the original 60’s windowsill and trim were damaged during demo, and now I have unroutered and unbeveled, but nicely mitered and painted boards. On the other hand, they did construct a beam to match what was already in the house. So again, it’s so so.
