From the moment we met Alex and went on a tour, we knew we had found our contracting company. Beyond their high-quality craftsmanship, Alex and the A Plus team are incredibly trustworthy, knowledgeable, and kind-hearted. They were capable and reliable, presented great options, and truly listened to our vision. We could trust and depend on every member of the team who walked through our doors. Most importantly, you can tell they really have your back—they took the time to do things right and made sure we were 100% happy every step of the way. APlus did our neighbor’s kitchen and she loves it. It’s 10 years old and still looks amazing. We still did our research and met with a variety of companies and contractors before deciding on APlus. Alex was creative and very easy to work with. Their factory was amazing and craftsmanship we saw on the shop floor was very impressive. The company is very process oriented and none of the other people we looked at even came close. We’re very excited to work with them and I’ll post photos when the work is completed. After discussing our kitchen remodel project with a few other contractors, we decided to hire A Plus Kitchen & Bath Contracting in Anaheim and we are so pleased that we did. We absolutely love our new custom kitchen and eating area. The entire room looks stunning! We would definitely hire A Plus Contracting for any future home improvements.

We originally met with Joe to discuss a kitchen reface. Then we toured the A Plus facility and were impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of their custom cabinetry. After talking it over, my husband and I decided that we really wanted was a complete new kitchen and not a reface. If we were going to be spending a lot of money to remodel, why not spend the extra and make it custom the way we wanted. A few weeks later, we met with Alex and Joe to discuss our remodel requirements.

Our kitchen remodel project involved a complete demo of the existing kitchen and eating area replacing it with new custom cabinetry, granite countertops, marble backsplash, new appliances, lighting, sink, plumbing fixtures and hood vent. It included the removal of all of the downstairs wood flooring (900 square feet) replacing it with French Versailles Pattern Travertine and new baseboards. Additionally we replaced 2 large windows in the eating area with 2 new smaller windows, added new built in cabinetry in the eating area, enlarged the island and incorporated an existing greenhouse window so that the counter height would accommodate granite being installed into the greenhouse window. Upon Alex’s recommendations we had A Plus remove a soffit and add window casements as well as crown moulding. In addition, A Plus made custom wood panels to cover the refrigerator and dishwasher and a custom hood as well. The attention to detail in my kitchen is remarkable and I am a very picky person.

All of the A Plus employees I worked with were very professional, courteous and helpful. Liz, the designer, was a pleasure to work with. After looking at many kitchens online and in decorating magazines, I knew the look that I wanted and Liz was able to come up with a design that incorporated my requirements. Adrian, the cabinet engineer, was fabulous. He was extremely skilled and precise. The cabinetry and custom panels were engineered precisely and fit perfectly. Freddie, the project manager, was very good at keeping me informed and if a small problem did arise, he would do his best to get it fixed as soon as he possibly could. He made sure to stop by the project every day that work was being done to check up on the progress and let me know what work would be done the next day. I don’t recall the names of the cabinet installers or the touch up guys or the drywall guys, etc., but they were all diligent and professional. They cleaned up the job site each day and really paid attention to detail.

While we did have a couple of minor delays in the project, overall the project was completed in a timely manner…a little under 3 months. We appreciated the fact that A Plus Kitchen & Bath Contracting did not demolish our kitchen until after our new cabinets were fabricated. This helped to shorten the time we had to “live in our garage.” We did have to wait on the granite fabrication for a couple of weeks and the installation of the travertine floor took longer than we expected. But the granite and the travertine floor were worth the wait. They look beautiful!

Update as of 6/30/2025: I still highly recommend APlus Interior Design and Remodeling! They offer excellent customer service and their workmanship is superb.
Recently, my daughter’s pant leg caught on one of the bottom cabinet pulls. She pulled the hinge and door off the cabinet
I contacted APlus and emailed photos of the damage. Bob Sinbari sent David to repair the cabinet at no charge! ??
The cabinet door works perfectly, and you cannot tell where the damage was. ??????????

Words can’t even express how much I LOVE my new custom kitchen. A-Plus is hands down the very best and a pleasure to work with.

This was my first major renovation project, and I was terrified because of all the nightmare stories out there. A-Plus made the process painless. The office staff was always very helpful, polite, and professional. The workers were very knowledgeable, trustworthy and took pride in their work but most importantly there were never any surprises and never went a penny over budget.

When it came to designing my kitchen, I knew exactly what I wanted. Alex listened to what my vision was and came up with a design that exceeded well above my expectations. Alex suggested removing a wall and raising a ceiling soffit which really opened my kitchen and the workflow. The white shaker custom cabinets with Viatera Minuet Quartz countertops and the matching China cabinet that Alex designed is absolutely stunning.

Anyone who comes over is impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of the custom cabinets. The attention to detail is outstanding. Alex goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are happy which is why the customer service is phenomenal. I wouldn’t use anyone else but A-Plus for my next renovation project.

We purchased our kitchen cabinets 13 years ago from A-Plus and have been extremely happy ever since. We chose A-Plus for several reasons: cabinets are totally custom made in their shop in CA (not cheap modular units that are not custom fit for your kitchen); the unlimited custom finishes and styles that they apply at their shop, not a limited set of colors/styles; the quality; and the price. Recently, I had a few cabinets (10 out of 40 drawer fronts/doors) showing some normal wear and tear, especially in areas with high amount of use (trash can pullout, near the sink and refrigerator panels). So I called A-Plus up to ask them what was the best way to re-apply the stain (they provided stain when I purchased the cabinets). They said to bring them in and they would refinish them and exactly match the rest of cabinets. This was great news, I could pay for the cabinets to look as good as new and not have to replace my entire kitchen. But then to my utter amazement, they offered to refinish them for free!!!!! Who does that, and on 13 year old cabinets? Nobody! What great customer service! I picked the refinished pieces up last week and they match perfectly. So happy! A-Plus will not disappoint you, even years later. They stand behind their work. Photos are of cabinets today (they look as good as they did 13 years ago).
