Extremely rude lady answering the phones. Hangs up on you while you are talking. Not very good customer service.
They "probed all walls and detected normal moisture readings" and I paid for this inspection where we later discovered mold at the bottom. Turned out I had a major drain leak their equipment or guy didn't detect. My HOA covered it but NOT the inspection since their finding was "normal" when it wasn't. My bathroom just finished being repaired over a month ago. MCC defended their guy saying he's pretty good, but you be the judge...
