We had an amazing experience working with Aspect. They did a fantastic job replacing the floors and painting our entire house. After we had a flood. The results exceeded our expectations. What really stood out was how communicative they were throughout the entire process. They walked us through all of our options, and answered every question. This was our first time having to have any work done on our house and the process couldn’t of been a better first experience. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. They completed the job quickly without sacrificing quality. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and would highly recommend Aspect Contracting to anyone looking for high-quality work and great customer service.

I cannot recommend Aspect Contracting highly enough! I was moving from California to Maryland and needed quite a bit of work done on my new home before I arrived. From start to finish, they were incredible — professional, responsive, and genuinely kind people. They handled everything seamlessly while I was still across the country, which gave me so much peace of mind. Their communication was excellent, and I always felt confident things were being done the right way. They removed a wall, matched the hardwood flooring perfectly where the wall used to be, painted bedrooms, re-grouted bathrooms, updated electrical, and hung new lights — everything turned out even better than I imagined. The quality of their work and their attention to detail are outstanding. They were a referral from a family friend, and I’m so grateful to have found them. I definitely plan to hire them again for any additional work I need done and recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor in the area.

We worked with Ryan, Kevin and the Aspect team for basically an entire house renovation, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the first consultation to the final walkthrough, they were professional, communicative, and incredibly detail-oriented. The crew treated our home like their own, always keeping the workspace clean and organized. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding. Honestly, Aspect should be the blueprint for how all contractors operate. I’ve worked with other contractors in the past, and this was by far my best experience. I can’t recommend the Aspect team highly enough. They’re reliable, skilled, trustworthy, and just genuinely good people to work with.

Aspect was great! Becca was very communicative and helpful in her coordination, which made me feel better about a process I had never been through. I never felt like I was annoying them with questions or unrealistic in my expectations of their work and I’m very happy with the outcome of my new powder room.
