Jon and his crew did an excellent job our roof replacement that was needed due to storm damage. He handled all of the coordination with the insurance company, and installation and workmanship were top notch.so much so that we went to him to add skylights and replace a sliding door as well! Great job and fair pricing!

Jon and his team are amazing . Jon worked with my insurance to get everything covered. The quality of work was excellent. Him and his team was very respectful to not only me but the stuff in my home. When the inside work had to be done from the water damage they covered everything in plastic and cleaned up everything after the work was done. Jon was great at communicating with me every step of the way and was always available if I needed anything. He was great about not only answering any questions I had but explaining everything as well. He not only cares about the quality of work but truly cares about the clients. He even was great about working around my work schedule. I would highly recommend Jon and his team at Custom Home Renovations to anyone that needs work done! I would definitely hire them again!

He came out to take a look at my roof, walked me through the process, and ultimately helped get the roof covered by insurance, which was a huge win. Communication was clear and professional throughout, and the installation was handled efficiently with great attention to detail. The finished product looks amazing, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. I would highly recommend Purcell & the Custom Home Renovations Team to anyone needing roofing work.

Custom Home Renovations is the clear example of a great business with great customer service! Purcell was the representative we dealt with for our new roof project. He was hands on and customer focused throughout the entire project. His knowledge was impressive as well. He responded to every question we had even if it was late in the evening. This is rare these days. His crew was professional and they cleaned up to the point where you would not have known that they were ever there after our roof install.
