We recently had our kitchen fully remodeled. Our project utilized every trade – demolition, electrical, flooring, dry wall, texture, painting, cabinet maker, counters, plumbing, haul away.Prior to going to Mark, we researched 4 other kitchen remodel companies, from both the high dessert and Los Angeles.We initially went in with the goal of having our kitchen refaced, and we were pretty set on that approach. Mark objectively outlined the pros and cons of refacing versus remodeling and we shifted our project to a remodel for a price in a similar ballpark. Couldn’t be happier with that decision. Mark worked (and stuck) within our budget, which was relatively conservative. His approach is to aim for the greatest return on investment, regardless the budget. We are pretty confident we will get dollar for dollar back on this investment when it is time to sell.Mark was a consummate professional from the very first meeting. He is responsive, proactive, listens, respectful, and highly knowledgeable and experienced. In a competitive industry riddled with BS and eye gouging prices, Mark cuts through all the BS, he is just a genuine guy, what you see is what you get with him. He is an old school handshake guy which we appreciated. No 13 page contract with size 6 fine print, his contract has only what is necessary without all the confusing caveats and conditions.I was recently involved in a larger construction project in LA, and the quality of contractors was pretty average. The contractors that Mark has in his rolodex are top notch: experienced and knowledgeable, on time, reliable, respectful and polite, and super efficient. It is very clear that Mark has a great relationship with his contractors and vice versa. He is extremely respectful towards them and this goes both ways. It was very refreshing to see!Mark’s project management skills were top-notch. No project ever goes perfectly, and despite several hiccups along the way, our project was still completed on time. Each issue that cropped up along the way (Painting, Flooring, Electrical, Plumbing, Counters) was handled promptly, and to completion, by Mark and the respective contractor. There was always full accountability, no excuses, no drama, only solutions!Mark has completed two projects for two different family members (1 large kitchen remodel, 2 bathroom remodels), and we have just referred him to one of our friends who want their kitchen remodeled.We highly recommend Mark. We will gladly refer friends and family to him without hesitation. We hope to cross paths with Mark again in the future.

What an awesome experience from start to finish! We originally purchased 2200 sq ft new vinyl flooring from Mark a few months ago thinking we were going to be able to demo our existing tile and install ourselves. Well, we bit off more than we could chew and that didn’t happen, so we called Mark up to finish demoing and install our floors. Without hesitation, he stepped right up, scheduled his contractors to come in and get the job done! Our floors were just finished and they look absolutely amazing! They did such a fantastic job! After struggling to get a hold of a company to give me a quote for my carpet replacement, I came across California home remodeling.
