ACRECO (Arlington's CREative COnstruction)

There aren’t enough words to explain how great Bill, Taylor and the rest of the ACRECO team are. In five weeks! they remodeled 80% of our house with a level of technical proficiency and an eye for design unmatched in the DFW. Their communication through out the process kept our family at ease and on top of the process through out the entire build. We cannot recommend them enough and will continue to call on them exclusively.

We have had many home improvement projects completed by Bill Stanley with ACRECO. They have included the installation of an outdoor electrical fuse box to hook up our hot tub; new wiring on our patio for three outdoor ceiling fans, the installation of outdoor motion detector security lighting and several outlets. We have also had indoor ceiling fans installed; light switches and outlets repaired; three rooms of carpet laid; a wooden floor 10’x12’refinished and stained; wall cracks repaired and painted; shower heads fixed in both of our bathrooms; a wooden gate and over 12’ of wooden fence replaced; plus they built and stained our gorgeous 12’x48’ wooden deck with railings and steps leading down to the backyard. Bill personally came out, evaluated each of our proposed projects, provided suggestions, explained what supplies would be needed, the estimated time to complete the project and gave us an invoice showing the expected cost before starting each project. His crews are friendly, professional, hardworking and efficient at completing their tasks. They also cleaned up their messes. All the work has been superbly done to our satisfaction, at a reasonable cost, and is under warranty. We highly recommend Bill Stanley with ACRECO for your home improvement needs.

Acreco recently did a master bathroom remodel for us. Our bathroom was tight and awkward and straight from the 70's (carpet and seashell sink included) not to mention we had a leaky shower. Bill came out and tested for our leak and found the problem quickly. He worked with insurance to get the leak covered. From there, we decided to do a full bathroom remodel. Bill listened to what we wanted as well as offered suggestions on our project. He worked to keep us in the budget we set and offered advice along the way. I'm the type of person to ask lots of questions and he was readily available to answer. He had several crews come out (carpet, tiling, framing, drywall, electric, custom cabinetry...) and every single one of his workers were professional and kind. I felt comfortable having them in our house at any time of day. They always showed up on time and worked hard. I was amazed each day with the progress. We had a (mostly) full bathroom remodel in about 2 weeks. The only reason I say mostly is because my husband and I decided we would do the painting on our own... although I'm reconsidering. I highly recommend working with Bill at Acreco. I know I plan to do it again. Already considering what my next project should be... A big THANK YOU to Bill and his crew!
