Patrick with P&M Construction did a wonderful job with our window and remodeling project! We love our new windows and couldn’t be happier with the quality, the look and the difference it’s makes on lowering our electric bills. Not only did Patrick change our windows but we also removed old bay windows and updated to flat operating windows and converted two windows to patio French doors which involved masonry work that looks fantastic! Patrick was very professional and I highly recommend!

We used P&M Quality Construction for the updating of our bathrooms and the rebuilding of a built-in cabinet to house a big screen TV. We are very pleased with the workmanship and results of the project. Patrick is very detailed in his estimations and schedules. His crews show up on time and are easy to work with. The latest effort was the almost complete remodel of our small guest house that had gone 30 years with no updates. P&M has now done multiple jobs for us including a complete remodel of our master bath, exterior trim repair and painting, staining of replacement windows to match inside woodwork and a tear out and total rebuild of a large cantilevered window seat (including replacement windows and recreating interior woodwork to match original and surrounding woodwork and staining to match). Patrick was very hands on and followed each project closely throughout. The tradesmen and crews he used were all very competent, hardworking, considerate, neat and produced high quality work. Patrick quoted a price and a time table and both were adhered to. In the bath every effort was made to incorporate all of the changes and improvements we envisioned while keeping our expectations realistic which was appreciated. Patrick is more picky about the work, touch ups and clean up than I am so at final walk through I could find nothing to take issue with. We love our new bathroom. The windows all look beautiful and I am completely confident in the structure. The exterior repairs and paint job look great. I highly recommend P&M Quality Construction and won't hesitate to use them again.
