Tim and his team did a wonderful job on a basement remodel for us! Starting with an unfinished basement, they designed and finished a space that makes our small house so much more functional! The added two bedrooms, a bathroom, and HVAC to our whole house. They were priced very reasonably and worked quickly. The team really listened to our needs and design preferences, while working within our budget. They made our first big home renovation project simple and we are so pleased with the result. Will definitely be calling on them for future work and would highly recommend them!
Asheville Homes hit it out of the park. Everyone from Zack, Tim, Dustin, Carley, Morgan and all the guys that helped remodel our home and built us exactly what we wanted. We started work right after one of most horrible storms this area has ever scene and the team suited up and showed up despite all the difficulties that everyone was going through. I will be forever grateful to Asheville Home for their extensive work on our remodel and renovation project over the past year. I can’t imagine a more helpful, professional and caring team and the end results have been even more beautiful than I expected. They transformed a dark and dated 1960s bungalow into the bright and spacious mountain home of our dreams.To be honest, my husband and I didn’t want to do a renovation project. We were worried about the stress and costs, and the idea of overseeing a project while living out of state was overwhelming. But we found an older property in Asheville that we loved and, even before we purchased it, the Asheville Home team came out to meet us, guide us, discuss the challenges and possibilities, and give us the confidence we needed to move forward.The work on our home was extensive and lasted about 18 months. We watched from afar (with weekly calls, photos and continuous updates) as new pillars were drilled into the mountain, walls came down, ceilings stretched upward, new roof and decking were installed, new windows went in, the kitchen and all 4 bathrooms were updated and finishes were perfected. The process was unbelievably seamless. We were supported every step of the way with professional guidance for big decisions, help selecting finishes, price comparisons and budget and timeline updates to keep us informed and on track.But the best part, of course, is the finished product. Every time I walk in the door, I can’t believe this house is ours. I posted some before after pics, but they don’t do it justice. It’s literally a dream come true. My family and I are absolutely thrilled, and can’t wait to make many years of memories here.I would highly recommended Asheville Home, you will not be disappointed.
