Bluestone Construction

We have repeatedly drawn inspiration in the architectural design and craftsmanship of Bluestone Construction homes. Although we do not live locally, we reached out to Bluestone with some questions about their products and services. Their responsiveness to our request and questions, as well as their level of insight, was unexpected and insightful. This company and its staff clearly know what they're doing and hold themselves and their work to the highest of standards. And, of course, their national accolades also speak for themselves. Thank you, Kevin, and Bluestone.

Our house was built by Bluestone Construction for a previous owner.? We have been delighted with the quality and attention to detail in the home. When our home was damaged by Helene, Kevin Reed of Bluestone reached out to us proactively and offered to oversee the repairs. He and his project manager Jody Dixon did a great job of scheduling and supervising the multiple skilled trades that were needed. All the work was done to a very high quality and at a fair and reasonable price.

About twenty years ago we asked Kevin Reed of Bluestone Construction to renovate an existing cottage and build our boathouse on Lake Summit. We kept the original footprint but added space for visiting family and updated all wiring, plumbing, flooring and interior design. Kevin listened to our goals and focused on details and professional installations. In the twenty years since completion he has been available to help with repairs, additional amenities and advice. Kevin attracts competent people to work with him to accomplish projects, which shows the respect and care he has for clients and staff. It is a small cottage,, but perfectly pleasing to us. Thank you, Kevin!

We just completed a beautiful new home in Ventana with Bluestone Construction, and we couldn’t be happier. Nate and the team showed exceptional attention to detail and ensured a high level of care and finish throughout. Working with Nate was a true pleasure—collaborative, communicative, and always putting the project first. He’s also a very creative problem solver, which made all the difference. Highly recommend!
