Jim and team have been a pleasure to work with. We recently completed a renovation for our entire first floor. New kitchen, bath, floors, etc. We gave him a pretty tight deadline as we were about to have a baby, and he delivered in a timely manner. As the project progressed Jim was available to meet and talk through things and even worked with us as we added in additional projects along the way. Overall we are very happy with the work and look forward to working with him on the second floor of our house.

We worked with JKR Builders to expand our second floor with a double dormer to create a living area and full bathroom. Jim and his team were easy to work with, detail oriented, flexible and responsive. Outstanding deck repair! I can't say enough how thankful we are. JKR builders where able to repair our deck with short notice. The catpenters that did the work were polite, professional and clean. Definitely masters in there profession. I'm very impressed with the clean craftsmanship of the board installed up against my sliding glass door.Thank you for the outstanding work.
