Words won’t do Burgess Built Construction justice but I’ll try anyway.Here goes phase one of basement remodel. We wanted to upgrade a few things in our basement. We had concrete floors and a half bath that was appx 5x4 that only had a frame and curtains around it. Our breaker box with wires everywhere was visible with a hot water heater on the inside. We now have a Beautiful 5x12 full bath.
A closet that hides our breaker boxes but also gave us some space for a linen area. Our flooring turned out beautifully with baseboard and quarter round to dress it up. Our tankless water heater on the outside of house with a very minimizing cover built over it for protection and longevity. So many little touches like door knobs, all my bathroom fixtures. I’m in awe of our Oasis that once was a drab basement.
