Prime Construction and Remodeling

A stressful situation turned into a wonderful experience When a leak forced us into an unexpected renovation—kitchen, bath, pantry, attic insulation, front stoop, doors, and flooring—I was honestly nervous. So many jobs, so many details. But from day one, Eyal Yaffe became more than just my project manager; he was my trusted guide and sounding board. He reviewed every choice I made, caught potential mistakes, and kept track of countless details I would have missed. Then demolition began, and Timo (Prime's incredibly talented crew chief) discovered extensive mold hidden beneath our vinyl floors. My heart sank—but they knew exactly what to do. They eliminated this dangerous problem with the same care and professionalism they showed with every unexpected issue that arose. Throughout it all, Eyal's constant attention kept us on schedule and on budget. When the work was done, I was almost surprised by how smoothly everything had gone. My home is now clean, safe, and beautifully finished. Working with Prime, Eyal, Timo, and the crew was genuinely a pleasure. I can absolutely recommend them. And though I hope never to face another drain leak, I'm already looking for an excuse to work with them again. Prime and Eyal are now my go-to contractors for life. - JM

Remodeling a home is inherently stressful and daunting, but finding Eyal made all the difference. We interviewed several contractors, many of whom seemed more focused on upselling or inflating our project scope than listening to our actual needs. From our first conversation, Eyal was different. He focused entirely on understanding our goals rather than 'selling' his services. When we pitched some grandiose ideas, he was honest enough to steer us away, explaining that the cost wouldn't justify the return and suggested alternate ideas which still met our needs with much lower cost, a level of transparency we rarely found elsewhere. He kept us strictly within our budget without compromising on quality. Throughout the process, Eyal was a true partner. He helped us with material selection, considering cost, long-term durability and aesthetics rather than just the quick fix. He was consistently on-site, managing the crew, keeping the workspace clean, and updating us regularly on the progress. To top it off, he finished the project two weeks ahead of our tight schedule and even took on a few extra tasks just because he knew it would improve the final result. If you need a remodel, Eyal is the guy. We couldn't be happier. Overall our experience with prime construction and the entire crew has been great!

Extremely satisfied with the remodel of our primary bathroom, which was almost all original from 2000. Eyal kept the project flowing smoothly & stayed in regular communication with us. The work crews were professional & always on time. Part of the project included removing the old shower stall & converting it into additional closet space. The estimated time for completion was 4 to 5 weeks; it was completed under 4. We highly recommend.

We couldn’t be happier with our kitchen remodel done by Prime Construction. One of the things I was most excited about was creating a custom bar area with glass cabinets, and it honestly turned into the main showpiece of our home. Everyone comments on it the second they walk in. Jesse, our project manager, was amazing. The whole experience felt easy and collaborative, and the end result is beautiful. I already can’t wait to work with Jesse and Prime Construction again on our next project. Highly recommend!

After reading such great reviews for Prime, I decided to contact them to do a total gut of my bathroom. No regrets! Eyal was my project manager who was always accessible when I had questions and needed his valuable opinion. I was impressed with the skill level of all who put in the work. It was impeccable with attention to detail. And completed within the specified timeframe. What I thought was going to be a huge undertaking, turned out to be a pleasant experience. Thank you Eyal and Prime Construction! (before/after photos)
