Prime Team Builders Inc

Highly recommend for all housing needs. We used Prime Team to remodel 2 bathrooms and a kitchen and we couldn't be happier. Our home is older so we had hiccups along the way old plumbing, old pipes etc. Sam walked us through the process and everything went well. Our estimated time frame was exact and all the staff who worked on our home were pleasant, friendly and very professional. Will contact again for any future needs.

I found Sam on yelp and after speaking with a couple other contractors, my husband and I could tell that he was the right guy for our master bathroom remodel. He was very honest and helped us come up with a game plan to achieve the bathroom vibes we wanted. He is also very responsive through text, email, and phone call which was another big plus in working with Sam. Sam and his team are truly amazing at what they do, my husband and I can't believe how beautiful our master bathroom remodel turned out. We are SO so happy with the final results. We had Antonio, Marvin, and Luis as the crew working on our remodel and they were super friendly, professional, and always did an excellent job cleaning up after each major step of the remodel. They are really great guys that I would trust to do any project on our house! I'll let the pictures of our bathroom speak for themselves :)

From the first meet and greet with Sam, my wife and I felt confident that we made the right decision hiring Sam and Prime Team Builders. Sam was very receptive to our vision. His communication and availability were second to none. He ALWAYS returned our calls, usually within minutes, when we had concerns. This was the biggest remodel project we have ever done and Sam was there every step of the way to keep us informed. Sam’s crews were very respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure having crews work in our home that made my wife and I feel at ease. We would like to give a huge THANK YOU to Sam and his crews. A job very well done! If your looking for a General Contractor who takes pride in his work and truly cares..Sam is the guy!

Sam and his team at Prime Team Builders are the best! Sam was referred to me by a friend of mine who just had his roof done a few years back. Upon inspection, I also asked Sam if it was possible to remove our old tank water heater for a new tankless water heater and to install a new pantry where the old water heater once was. Sam quickly gave me a quote and we proceeded. His team was very professional, arrived on time, performed quality work, and even cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. Sam was on top of it all. Excellent communication every day on what was to be done, and how long each phase would take. When problems did occur, Sam was quick to let us know and did not "force" anything on us, allowing us time to make our decision. The project took longer than expected due to the previous poor construction of our existing roof, but Sam took care of it all and did it correctly with the proper city permits and inspection. Superior communication, service, reliability, and trust is what you will experience with Sam and Prime Team Builders.

We called Sam after meeting up with two other contractors. Sam was by far the nicest and most knowledgeable of all. He agreed to meet us on a Sunday (my husband and I are both work full time and Sunday worked best for us) and took the time to go through all possible designs for our kitchen and both of our bathrooms and was able to create our dream kitchen and bathroom spaces. Hi team was very respectful and on time. Unrelated to what Sam was hired to do, he was able to assist with an emergency situation we had over the weekend with our electric circuit which we were so grateful for. We will definitely hire Prime team builders again.
