I Had Serfer Construction do a complete fire rehab for my 1000 square foot house in Bakersfield, Ca.Luis and the Serfer team went above and beyond on our project and I can’t thank them enough. other contractors estimated to have the project done within 3-4 months and Serfer Construction had it done in 2 months which is very impressive. Dealing with some contractors can sometimes be a headache because many aren’t honest but Luis and his team are the exact opposite they’re honest and straight to the point.They used high quality materials on my house and didn’t cut any corners. Just to name a few extra things they did were use real wood cabinets, install lifetime shingles for the roofing and build a really nice boiler room. Serfer Construction also pulled all the permits necessary from start to finish which was one less worry.I recommend Serfer Construction for anyone looking to build a brand new house from scratch or just a remodel of your existing house. :)

Luis and his team worked with me from start to finish to build an attached dwelling unit (400 sq feet). Luis always communicated well and did everything he could to expedite the permitting process. He always got back to me quickly for any questions that I had and also gave very helpful suggestions on how to design the unit. Construction was completed in about 3 months and I was very happy with the quality of work. Highly recommend!
