We could not be more thankful that we chose to work with TradeMark for our recent master bathroom remodel. Everyone we worked with from the initial design/planning phase to construction itself was respectful, detail-oriented, and kind. Vasilios the owner was involved and helpful as well from start to finish. We had a clear vision for the bathroom we wanted and the team made it a reality. Their attention to detail is top notch. We had a lot of tiling work done and everything looks perfect and square. Communication was great throughout. If we need to do further work on our home at any point there is no doubt we would turn to TradeMark again!

Trademark did an excellent job with constructing my house. Travis was proficient at supplying excellent vendors and companies to complete the construction. The construction was completed on time and without any flaws. Almost six years from my date of occupancy, his work has withstood the test of time. Aside from power and window washing, the house has required no additional maintenance. Prior to construction, Travis was very helpful in suggesting design changes which increased space for a minimal increase in cost.

I can't say enough good things about Trademark Construction! They completely renovated our kitchen and bathroom in Annapolis, MD, and the entire process was flawless. From the initial online scheduling to the design process and final installation, the customer service was excellent and the workmanship was top-notch. A few years ago we used Trademark Construction for our kitchen and bathroom renovation in Columbia MD and we were very happy with their process , design and installation . This year we used them again for our kitchen renovation for the new home we purchase the beginning of the year. This time Vasilios came up with a better design for our kitchen from the first time since we had a lot more space . We ended up going with custom cabinets ( Vasilios recommendations ) with lot's of accessories. We had the installation of the new kitchen from the same crew that did our installed 4-5 years ago. We were very happy with Trademark construction before but also this time that they did the renovations for us . We saved money and time with their process , they do have electricians and plumbers, they pulling the permits and do all the inspections but also showroom is great for selections and designing. We hired TradeMark Construction to renovate our kitchen and family room. No contractor has ever spent one-quarter of the time that Vasilios (the owner) spent with us or done any better work than them! If you read nothing else, know that there is NO ONE better than TradeMark and Vasilios!! They are incredible and we can’t be any happier!! Vasilios came to our house three times to ensure that what we envisioned would become our reality and it did! He spent well-over two hours on two separate occasions with us in his showroom which had every possible combination of quartz, cabinetry, backsplash and flooring. He then helped us re-design our family room. He had samples of everything and showed us what everything would look like together. He also used 3D modeling to show us how it would look. The renditions were perfect. Marvin and Mike from TradeMark Construction whom did the work were equally as amazing! The quality of their work and attention was to detail was perfect. They too were great to work with. They were friendly and punctual. Vasilios communicated regularly with us during the entire five weeks. He also came onsite regularly to ensure everything was just right and to support his team and us. He walked through personally with a punch list upon completion to ensure it was flawless (and it was)! Everyone Vasilios brought in from the plumber to electricians were incredible. I cannot more highly recommend TradeMark Construction and Vasilios! Everything was perfect and we love our new space. Thank you Vasilios and TradeMark! Can’t wait to have you for our next project!
