We have done a few renovations in the past but never one as large as the one we just finished. We had a lot of water damage due to an ice dam on the roof. We expanded the repair to a full main floor renovation. New floors, opening a load bearing wall, removal of the popcorn ceilings, painting, ensuite shower, and adding pot lights.
The Savo's were extremely accommodating as we lived in the home while it was being renovated. Their attention to detail and communication is second to none. They had a detailed plan that they shared with us, and modified it as the project hit a couple of unforeseen delays. We would highly recommend Rick Savo Renovations.

Mike and Rick are truly the easiest and best contractors we have ever worked with. Their quality of work is A+++ and they went above and beyond in everything that they do including the little things. They are reliable, showed up every day at the same time, cleaned up everyday, responded quickly to any questions and are truly just great guys to work with. We are so thrilled with our experience that we already have scheduled the next project! On top of all of this, they work on one project at a time so you will get your project done in a timely manner. Ours was completed a day early! The tile work and craftsmanship is the best I have seen. You will not be disappointed with these guys. My dog even liked them; that says a lot! I would give 20 stars out of 5, if I could. Mike and Rick are professional, reliable, honest, communicative, and highly skilled. It is clear that they care about their clients and take pride in the quality of their work. My wife and I were so fortunate to find them after a horrible experience with a different contractor left us starting our bathroom renovation all over again. Mike and Rick inherited a complete gong show of a project (and admittedly anxious clients). They made a VERY stressful situation seem totally stress-free for us. We knew immediately we were in capable hands. Our project was delivered within the timeline and budget discussed, and any required changes or critical decision points were always clearly communicated to us. We made a few small design changes along the way which were always graciously and expertly accommodated. The final product is high-quality work, and exactly what we had hoped for. We can’t wait to partner with them again for other projects in our home!
