Every tradesman who came to the house was polite, professional and considerate of my home and time. The tile work is exceptional. The plumbers, electrician and painter did wonderful work and always cleaned up and put equipment away at the end of each day. Give them a call for an estimate.
We wanted our remodel to include updating both bathrooms, our kitchen, and replacing the bedroom carpet with vinyl flooring. Jacob and Jesse worked with us to choose the right options. Jacob was always happy to talk to me when I had questions. Everything they did has turned out beautifully.

Jesse visited every day work was being performed, and the owners personally performed walk throughs at each phase.The team was also flexible with our work schedules and were great with all 3 of our dogs. This was a huge bonus for us as it allowed us to be elsewhere while the crews worked at the house. It made the process much more bearable.Overall, we would highly recommend L&Y, and we intend to use them for any future construction needs.
Jacob and his team helped us turn our small, non-functional kitchen, into a kitchen that is now the focal point of our home. They do great work and do what they say they're gonna do. The quality of their work is unmatched and I couldn't believe their attention to detail. For instance, they noticed the upper cabinets were off by 1/4 of an inch just by looking at them from a distance. They took them back down and adjusted them. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we would gladly recommend them to everyone.
