waited 25 years for a kitchen remodel & Regal delivered a beautiful transformation. ended up gutting kitchen, dining & living room to make it open floor plan. Luis & his crew were very courteous & respectful & came every day until the job was done. They even came back without complaint to fix some small issues we had. Overall just very happy with my new interior!!
Regal Reminders did an outstanding job on our master bathroom remodel. We had a lot of major changes and they worked hard to get us exactly what we wanted. The work is great quality and we are beyond pleased with the outcome.
We had been considering remodeling our kitchen and master bathroom, so when we saw Regal working on our neighbor’s home. We asked our neighbors about them and they said that Regal was way above any of previous the contractors they had used. We then invited them to our home to discuss possible work. Mr. Tan came and shared with us his vision of how he could see the direction of the improvements going and the history of other homes he had remodeled. After initial discussions, we agreed to have him update our kitchen and turn it into an “open concept”; replace the bathroom cabinets, retile, and turn the bath/shower into a seated walk-in shower; and replace all of our windows. First, we were very impressed with the quality of the windows. Regal manufactures them at their company site and there are better engineered than those commercially available. Also, they measure each window opening and make a window that specifically fits that opening, no making a premanufactured window fit in position with shims etc. The demolition to the kitchen and bath were handled expertly. They completely sealed the spaces so very little dust escaped into the other living spaces and we able to sleep in our own bed each night! The workers were craftsmen not a bunch of people learning on the job. Having been a little involved with construction in my younger years, I was able to observe the work each day. I saw no cutting of corners or slipshod work in hidden areas. There were at least two foremen who checked things each day. The workers were all very respectful and considerate. They would only show at the times we requested, they never left trash laying around, and could be completely trusted. The work went as quickly as desired – constant work and no ‘rush slop’. Regal always made suggestions to colors, tiles, etc; and never forced us to go with any certain product. We agreed that most of their suggestions worked better than what we originally thought to use. As you can see from the before and after pictures, everything turned out beautifully. We have highly recommended Regal to many of our neighbors and friends.
