I should know, because I have used Erlinger Construction for different projects for the last 7 years, since 2016. They did a bathroom remodel, a kitchen remodel, new doors and windows, and are now fixing some structural issues in my crawl space.Erlinger is a master planner and scheduler. I tell Erlinger what I need in laymen terms: “cold air comes thru my windows”, or “my floor is cracked”, and he does the rest. He schedules all the different professionals, supplies, and parts that are needed so everything is timed and coordinated perfectly. The plumbers and carpenters that he brings in are skilled professionals who have worked in their fields for 10, 20 or even 30 years. Projects are completed quickly and efficiently, so I only have to take a minimum number of days off work.I had my kitchen remodeled last year because of a dishwasher leak. By the time I realized the leak was there, the floor had already been damaged and mold was setting in. I called Erlinger in a panic, and he scheduled the plumber, floor people, and carpenters, and worked with me to get it fixed as soon as possible. They had to move all the appliances in order to lay down the new floor, and were extremely cautious and considerate about making sure that absolutely nothing was damaged or scratched. They did the job correctly so I do not have to worry about mold. During the whole process, I always felt like they cared about me as a person and wanted to help me. I was not just a number on their list.I had Erlinger replace my windows and doors a few months ago. They were the original windows from 40-50 years ago. The installers took extra time because they were not standard size. The new windows and doors look beautiful, fit perfectly, and save me a lot of money in heating/cooling costs.Erlinger is the place to go if you want a professional, someone who has expertise in everything, someone who will care and treat you as a person, but most of all --- if you want really, really beautiful results.---
