Adam and his team at Phase 2 put our needs first from the very beginning consultation to the very end finishing touches. Expectations were clearly communicated, schedules were accommodating, and the ones doing the work were beyond professional and pleasant. What was once our desolate, concrete-clad unfinished basement that we so long talked about fixing was quickly turned into a perfectly crafted space where we don’t want to leave. We now have a nice secluded family entertainment room, a convenient bathroom, a snack bar area, and an extra bedroom ready for grandparents or guests. I would wholeheartedly recommend Phase 2 to anyone looking to make your home feel special.

Phase 2, Adam & Dillon turned our standard boring pantry and transformed it into a cozy usable room with plenty of storage and style. Adam is very professional and easy to work with. He listens, gives practical and creative ideas, and receptive with inputs. When there were any issues, Adam quickly on it and resolved it. Dillon was a very hard, focused, worker no-nonsense worker, great work ethics. Would give them 5 stars and recommend Phase 2 for any projects you need for your home.

Phase 2 Contracting did a renovation of our kitchen (the Dark Cave of Weirdness) and refreshed two bathrooms. Adam also coordinated the removal of a creaky deck into a fresh patio. Including new windows, and a slider vice doors to the patio. There were hiccups along the way, but a solution was always presented, discussed and worked into the plans.

Adam and his crew (Dillion, Sean & Jose) treated our house as though theirs. They were courteous, punctual, and always professional. And the work is fantastic. Adam’s office front person is Mackenzie, and she is a joy to work with. Every question was answered quickly and easily. The materials we picked out were exactly as we expected, and the quality wonderful. The kitchen is a wow-er, and the floor is a beauty. Definitely a joy. It went from the dark cave of weirdness to an oasis of logic and light.

Adam did all the scheduling of subcontractors from bathroom and backsplash tiling, dry wall work in the kitchen, countertops and the concrete for the deck. And he kept us informed as to who was coming and what they were going to be doing.

Getting to the “this is our contractor” stage was helped by the fact that Adam came out, took measurements, really talked to us about what we wanted, and looked at what we envisioned. Then he went back and sent a detailed estimate. We had had at least four other contractors visit and none of them had worked through any details, but all had a number (an eye-popping number) of what it would cost – no design, no material, no hard math – just a number. We know now that when we plan our next project we will call Phase2 Contracting!
