John has been easy to work with throughout the entire process. Part of the attraction to have Renovision Design & Build was that they had their own team of workers and didn't sub-contract. But in our situation, they did. The site manager was not easy to work with but the different groups he brought in did great work. Unfortunately, there was a huge delay with the delivery of our doors and the crew that planned to install had to leave for another job. The crew that finished up were amazing painters, but the details with the door installs continue to have issues. That said, John has been responsive to resolve those issues even though the project has been finished. The new kitchen looks great. We love the remodeled bathrooms, and the love the new floor and carpet. John is good to work with and continues to help with issues that have come up after the work was completed.

John and his team did an amazing job building our patio deck! It looks beautiful, feels super strong, and was finished well before the expected time. From the start, John explained everything clearly, gave a fair and reasonable price, and made sure I was happy with every detail. What I really appreciate is that even after the job was done, John still checks in to make sure everything’s holding up well and is always easy to reach if I ever need any help. Overall, it was a great experience working with him, and I’ll definitely reach out again for future home improvement or remodeling projects. Highly recommend John and his team!

We connected with Renovision at the Kitsap Home show. After comparing several proposals and bids for our bathroom remodel, we chose them. We gave them a very specific availability date for our project. However we were quick to indicate that if that time could not be met we were very flexible and could broaden the window to look at other dates. The project manger assured us it could be completed in the initial proposed timeframe. That did not happen. However, we must state unequivocally that we are thrilled with the results. The designer captured our vision perfectly. The crew doing the actual work was great and definitely gave the project A+ effort and skill. The workmanship and attention to detail could not have been better. The only “hiccup “ in the entire project was the underestimation of the time to complete the job. It took 2 extra weeks plus and a lot of weekend work as well to finish. The crew did everything they could to complete the work in a timely manner without ever compromising quality. We really appreciated their willingness to do so. As previously stated we are thrilled with the results and this is why we can honestly and definitely recommend Renovision Design and Build to others. The design, the quality of work and the pricing met all of our expectations. There were no supply chain issues. Our only caution would be to be aware that the initial time projections might be overly optimistic.

John and his team are amazing! they did a kitchen and bathroom remodel for us and their designer helped us visualize our space with beautiful rendering and made the process be so fun and smooth! they always came on time and finished on time as we discussed!
