We hired Chad to finish our house which was in mid construction for awhile. The prior contractor had done a bad job and Chad came in and completely redid things and finished the house as requested. He and his crew worked hard and did an excellent job. He always gave his choices regarding price to re do something which we greatly appreciated. He also kept us updated. He has a great eye and can see what was needed. It was a big job and he and his crew did an excellent job. I would definitely highly recommend him.

I hired Chad to renovate our den/home office. There was a fairly significant demolition, partial wall construction, and flooring put in. Chad is super friendly and gave me a detailed breakdown of why things cost what they cost, so I could be sure that I was getting a fair price for the work. Everything turned out amazing, and it was great to work with someone who wanted to ensure that the room turned out the way WE wanted it to. I would highly recommend Chad for any work on your home!
