We hired Chad to finish our house which was in mid construction for awhile. The prior contractor had done a bad job and Chad came in and completely redid things and finished the house as requested. He and his crew worked hard and did an excellent job. He always gave his choices regarding price to re do something which we greatly appreciated. He also kept us updated. He has a great eye and can see what was needed.It was a big job and he and his crew did an excellent job. I would definitely highly recommend him.
