Linnius Construction

Grant is quick, responsive and ensures high quality work. No matter how big or small the task, he tackles it with qualified labor and excellent results. He helped me with some earthwork at my home in Terrebonne and I got exactly what I needed, fast, efficient, and a job well done. Thanks Grant!

I contracted with Linnius Construction for a full remodel of a 50+ year old house in Bend. I could not be happier with the results. Everyone I worked with was professional and respectful. They helped me design and implement a vision for the house that exceeded my expectations. And on time and budget! They didn't just make it easy - they made it fun. Communication was great and very responsive. I highly recommend Linnius.

We contracted with Linnius Construction on five major and one smaller project for us this past year, all were completed on time and were perfectly executed. They remodeled our kitchen, two bathrooms, completed an addition for a new primary closet, converted our garage to a media/family room and created the perfect transition space between the main hallway and our new media/family room (our new pantry/storage area). The craftsmanship and attention to detail was impeccable, and with the unexpected bonus of all the subcontractors being very friendly, courteous, and on time. Christopher Zonta was our contract manager and we cannot say enough good things about him. He went over all of our projects and provided suggestions as well as taking our needs and requirements into consideration every step of the way. His knowledge, honesty, and kindness made the project less stressful. He managed all five projects juggling our availability with multiple sub-contractors and completed every task flawlessly. When we first embarked on this journey, Grant (Linnius Construction’s owner) said, “We will screw something up along the way, but we will make it right no matter what.”; this level of honesty was enlightening, and as he said, somethings did not go as planned, but they took whatever actions were required to make any course corrections to fix any mistakes immediately. We highly recommend Linnius Construction and will use them again for any future projects. Shane & Melba Crisp

I can't recommend Grant and the Linnius team enough! They completely remodeled our historic Bend, Oregon home. A down to the stud type of project —kitchen, bathroom, living room, new floors, paint, hearth demo, electrical, plumbing—you name it, they did it. It was a massive undertaking, but their team handled everything with skill and professionalism. Communication was top-notch from start to finish. They kept us updated every step of the way, quickly addressing any challenges that popped up (and there were many with our 1940s home!). Remodeling an older house is no easy task, but they navigated unexpected surprises with confidence and creative solutions. We couldn't be happier with the results. If you're looking for a reliable, talented, and communicative team to bring your home vision to life, look no further. These guys are the real deal!

Grant & Linnius Construction did a fantastic job remodeling the bathrooms in our home. The work was high quality and everyone on the team was extremely professional. The job site (inside our home) was left clean after each day of work. I've recommended Linnius to several friends, family, and clients!
