Sorin sent his architect Kasia to first talk about design options for adding a kitchenette to create an ADU. Kasia was thoughtful and careful in her plan. Then Sorin sent an estimate which was thorough and very fair in its price and scope. I talked with Sorin about possible modifications and he took the time needed to talk through my concerns. It’s no wonder he has all 5 star reviews! And I add mine. I highly recommend Feraru & Assoc

Sorin and his team recently replaced our rotted balcony with a beautiful new steel and redwood deck. It was a challenging project with very difficult access to the work site, cumbersome and heavy steel beam and posts, and of course the chaos of a global pandemic. Sorin was creative in solving any problems that arose and very collaborative working with us, including making a number of keen suggestions that directly improved the project. His team has a wide variety of skills and great senses of humor, we were very lucky to find Sorin and his crew, highly professional, great communication, and all-around top level craftsmanship and construction knowledge.
