Josh and his crew completed a long awaited kitchen remodel for me. The process from start to finish was smooth with hardly any surprises. The attention to detail was great as well as communication. The project took around the time frame that was estimated and the crew were friendly and made sure to ask some of the details that weren't in the specs. We just had our 2nd bathroom remodel done with Banks Remodeling. We have had the best experience working with them! Josh and Meghan and their team are amazing to work with! Throughout each project when we had questions they were quick to respond. Any last minute changes we wanted was never a problem. Meghan is amazing and she is the star who gets you all set up to meet with Josh and keeps you updated of the process before they even start. Josh is quick to get the initial estimate out to you. Once the project starts they are in constant contact and the team coming in starting with the demo to the end with the finished work are all great! They all are very professional and personable when you are there while they are working. If they notice something that needs done or looked at, they notify Josh immediately and he would let us know. After being unhappy with another quote where the general contractor was clearly trying to take advantage of the market I got a quote from Josh. I could immediately tell Banks was different. They knew what they were talking about, had a good plan for the job, got us in touch with a local top notch designer to finish out the design details and completed the bathroom with excellent quality. They have a huge backlog, but it's worth the wait. They are fair on pricing and it comes with the quality to back it up.
