Although I didn’t ultimately move forward with KRP for this particular project, I had a wonderful experience working with Bryan over several months while exploring the possibilities. He was generous with his time, met with me multiple times, connected me with references, and provided truly incredible renderings — some of the best I’ve ever seen.My decision came down to logistical needs for this specific renovation, not the quality of their work or service. I was very impressed by the professionalism and customer care throughout the process. I still have additional renovation plans later this year and fully intend to reach out to KRP again based on the great experience I’ve had so far.
We recently concluded a huge total home remodel with KRP, and we are beyond thrilled with the result. We also had an overall great experience working with them for several key reasons:First, integrity: KRP showed throughout the project that their number one aim was to deliver the job with a high standard, and they never compromised that. If they communicated something to us, they stood by it. If we had a problem with something, they listened and understood and acted on it. This is the rarest quality in contractors and to me the most important factor of a good working relationship, as it’s directly attributable to trust.Second, communication and collaboration: Bryan, Elliott and the entire team at KRP are good communicators and they have a spirit of collaboration in everything. That doesn’t mean they are available 24-7 at the drop of the hat - it means they’ll tell you when they can talk and they’ll call you back. It means when the inevitable challenges come up as they do in any job they will come back to you with several solutions and talk through the path forward. It means they hear and listen and they don’t make decisions without you.Lastly, quality: The result of the job is a beautiful, functional renovation that completely transformed our home. If work wasn’t performed to KRPs expectation, they had it redone. If work wasn’t performed to OUR expectation (key: we were responsible and reasonable customers), they had it redone. If they saw something that would be a problem for us functionally that maybe we didn’t, they would give a reco and explain why they they strongly encouraged us to make a choice, and then they’d do what we decided. If there were answers they didn’t have to questions, they would literally get other professional options, talk to vendors, do research, and reco the right fix. The result is a home we are in love with and enjoying more and more every day.Note - none of these attributes are necessarily unique to this line of work. Instead, these are attributes I’d look for in the best professional working relationships, and that’s what makes KRP excel. Yes they know their industry well and perform it to a high standard, but they are a good, honest, hard working family of people and that’s why I’d recommend them without question.Pix to come!
Our new kitchen looks FANTASTIC! Big thanks to Bryan and his team who made our dream kitchen come true. From the conception to the delivery, we felt like they had our back and they work really hard to make things work. KRP, and the people they work with ( plumber, demo, electrical, carpenter, designer) ..they are all so knowledgeable and hard worker and detailed oriented. We definitely recommand. Cannot wait for another project ;)
We recently had KRP redo out entire kitchen and flooring in our home. They were incredible to work with and we couldn't be more excited about the end result. It's like a brand new house. All of their team (from the floor guys, to the granite people, to Bryan & Elliot) were extremely helpful in the process, efficient, on time and went above and beyond our expectations. We cannot wait to have them come back for the next project on our home.
