Steve Rubin outlined all that had to be done to correct the entire situation, which was quite a bit of work. He gave me a fair bid and a defined timetable. After my approval, his company did an outstanding job on budget and within the promised timeframe. When his people left, the house was immaculate and fresh looking; you couldn’t tell that major work had been done. I must say all of Steve’s employees and subcontractors were very professional and nice as well. We were so happy with the work that we are planning additional work in the house with Steve.
