I recently hired Merrick Construction to update a second-floor living space, which included removing three large windows and installing a 15-foot sliding door to access an upper-level deck. Justin and his team were transparent, communicative, and professional throughout the entire process, keeping me informed at every step.
Working with construction companies can feel intimidating, especially when you’re not an expert, but Merrick Construction made the experience smooth and worry-free. The final invoice matched the original estimate, and the finished result exceeded my expectations.
I’m extremely happy with both the process and the outcome, and I will absolutely be turning to Merrick Construction for future home projects.

A good friend of ours had a bathroom remodel and it came out stunning like a show room style. Every thing about is just shined and glowing of professional. It definitely adds to the value having the bathroom upgraded and I believe they will have many more years to enjoy this beautiful bathroom of work.

We had a positive experience with Merrick Construction and Design worth sharing with our neighbors and friends. Our extensive den project came in on time and slightly under budget. We would not hesitate to use them again for other home projects large and small.
Justin was responsive and transparent answering our questions and making suggestions while keeping us informed on progress and timing.
The work was meticulous and beyond our expectations. Chris did an outstanding job with the custom cabinetry. Douglas was excellent with the staining and painting. The electricians were efficient and professional moving and adding lighting. We appreciated everyone on Justin’s crew who were incredibly neat, cleaning up daily.
We are most pleased to recommend these guys for your home construction projects.
