Vaughn and his team are fantastic to work with. We did a complete remodel of our bathroom and added on a walk-in closet. We got to work with Jeff, Brandon, Leo, and Naason who were all awesome. Jeff was particularly helpful and thoughtful about the work that was being done and Brandon was kind enough to give me some tips on a tiling project I was working on (without being condescending). I would highly recommend these guys for any remodel projects.

I am so grateful that I found Remodel Authority. The pricing was great, they were very flexible as my project kept growing and their work was meticulous. Vaughn, the owner is an exceptional business person who puts the customer first. I had the pleasure of working with Leo who started the project. He is extremely talented, kept me well informed, showed up when he said he would and did beautiful work. When Leo had to move to another project we were, again, thrilled to work with Jeff who did a amazing job finishing up the kitchen and bathrooms. I cannot recommend Remodel Authority enough. I've had some really horrible experiences with contractors. I will never use anyone else!!!

Remodel Authority did a couple of projects for me. One was to remove the bathtub and repair the resulting exposed area. Laying LVP flooring to match, installing tile in a pony Wall to match, and texturing and painting walls to match. Leo did an outstanding job and is a true craftsman. The send was building an interior wall in the garage to separate a shop area from the parking area. This included electrical and lighting as well as painting the entire garage. Leo and Jeff did excellent work here.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long do Remodel Authority's bathroom and kitchen remodels take?

Most bathroom remodels take 2–4 weeks, and most kitchens take around 3–8 weeks.

Does Remodel Authority offer free estimates, and how are they priced?

It offers free estimates. Standard estimates use fixed costs with allowances; for projects with many unknowns, it may use cost-plus pricing based on actual cost plus a percentage.

Can homeowners stay in their homes during work?

Homeowners do not have to move out. Remodel Authority tapes off areas with plastic to reduce dust and cleans nightly, though some dust may remain and noise is expected.

How are changes handled once work starts?

For requested changes, it can provide a written cost beforehand. Changes made on the spot are tracked by time and materials and included on the final invoice.
