I work with OTC On Time Construction on all of my houses, and I truly cannot say enough good things about this company. They are the most reliable, detail-oriented, and professional team I’ve ever partnered with. Every project — from full renovations to smaller repairs — is handled with honesty, transparency, and real craftsmanship.
Their communication is outstanding, they show up when they say they will, and they consistently finish on time (something that is almost unheard of in this industry). The quality of their work is always top-tier, and they take pride in making sure every detail is done right.
Finding a contractor you can trust is rare, but OTC has proven themselves over and over again. Whether you’re doing a remodel, a new build, or anything in between, this is the team you want. I recommend them to everyone.

Ive done multiple projects with OTC over the years. Roofing projects, real estate deals, and even flipping homes. He is a good guy that does good work and I can 100% vouch for him. He is my go to referral when it comes to residential construction needs out side of my scope of work.
On top of that his knowledge of the real estate industry always comes in handy when he is working on projects.
You will not be disappointed. Give OTC a call.

Our home is over 100 years old, and one of our more energetic dogs had scratched the front doors so much that he had practically rubbed smooth the molding. The damage was unsightly. OTC came in and repaired all of the damage and refinished them. Now the doors look the best they have ever looked since we bought the property. OTC did an outstanding job.
