They were very patient with us during the planning process, while we decided the scope of work, but once we were aligned there and the permits came through, his team went to work. They delivered within the estimated timeline, and Nick kept in excellent communication throughout the process, texting us regularly and coming onsite for walkthroughs to discuss specifics. They took our original 1958 kitchen and barely updated basement and made them into dream living spaces, and we love our home!I would highly recommend Cityside Construction for any renovation project, large or small. I will definitely work with them again!
Nick and his whole team at Cityside Construction did an exceptional job demolishing our triple decker’s old porches and building new ones. They were thorough, collaborative, and very knowledgeable. As unpredictable problems arose, Nick and his team were able to pivot and adapt to come up with effective solutions, without adding too much extra cost. All of Cityside’s partner contractors were incredibly professional and highly skilled; truly some of the best tradespeople we’ve ever worked with. Overall, the quality of the work was next-level.Additionally, they quickly procured all the proper permits and followed all safety protocols. Our new porches are beautiful; we get lots of compliments from friends and neighbors. We would absolutely hire Cityside again and would highly recommend them.
