Our experience with Sloan was the opposite. They were extremely thorough in the estimate phase to ensure ability to track to budget and then were highly communicative and always on time through the construction phase. They work very well with others - often collaborating and problem solving with our designer without us having ing to be involved. We couldn’t be happier with the end result - a high end basement fit for entertaining and hosting that has already made many memories.

Owners Dave and Hannah Sloan operated with the utmost integrity and with complete transparency from start to finish. The entire team at Sloan is loaded with talent and a determination to get the job done the right way. The attention to detail they brought to our project far surpassed our expectations. They listened when we needed to be heard and worked swiftly to resolve any issues that came up, which were few and far between. Sloan has a very loyal network of highly skilled subcontractors, who brought their A games to each of their respective scopes of work. We can't imagine working with anyone else for our future GC needs. Thank you Sloan Construction for making the entire journey a wholly digestible and satisfying experience. We love our home !!

They offered creative solutions and options that fit my budget. When we were faced with an unexpected issue on site they handled it as a challenge, not as a problem. Every step of the way Sloan Construction was attentive to my budget and the construction timeline. Very communicative and transparent throughout the entire process. Compared to other builders and general contractors' work, Sloan Construction's level of execution and craftsmanship really stands out. Highly recommend the team of Sloan Construction!
