We had a great experience working with SoBo Homes and are very happy with our renovations! SoBo helped us to brainstorm through some zoning and design challenges and we appreciated their willingness to think outside the box and keep moving forward. Not only were they accomplished professionals with great skills in architecture, design and project management, they were also fun to work with! Thanks, SoBo, for helping us to refresh our home and take care of some longstanding items on our wishlist.

We are so happy with the work done by SoBo Homes. We did a complete remodel of the interior of our home to update a 1970s house to feel clean and modern. The design process was fun and thorough, and the SoBo team did an amazing job of listening to our feedback and making the design perfect. The tech platform they use to organize everything and communicate with us is wonderful and user-friendly.

As for the work itself, we are so impressed with Mason and his team. It took 6 months to complete the renovation (4 bedrooms, 3 bath, full kitchen, etc.), which was impressive. We added some new windows and made a few structural changes and SoBo really kept to the timeline, with only a couple of minor delays. This was much appreciated as we moved out and were in a rental with our toddler during the project, so we are so grateful for the transparent timeline and frequent communication. We also had weekly meetings at the house during the project which was a great way to see the progress and discuss any things that came up along the way. Most changes to the budget were caught/discussed during the design process. SoBo has also been great about coming to make minor tweaks on things around the house as they come up. We so appreciate how responsive they are. We are posting some before and after photos.

Overall we are so pleased and glad that we chose SoBo homes to build our dream home. We would definitely recommend them!

Have you ever heard of a remodel project being completed EARLY?!  SoBo pulled it off with professionalism and talent and every step of the way was filled with precision and care.  We could not be happier with the entire team!  Eric and Mike run a well-oiled machine.  All of the people that work at SoBo bring a depth of knowledge and spirit of 'fun' to the job.  We genuinely looked forward to our weekly meetings.  It has now been 4 months since we moved back into our home and every day I still step back and appreciate their incredible work.
