Lozado Contracting

We had Lozado Contracting finish our garage in the last week of August 2026. While it had drywall installed, it was unfinished when we bought the condo. Lozado listened thoughtfully to our needs, proposed a plan at a reasonable price, and then proceeded to exceed our expectations. The finished garage looks amazing! We are so pleased with the quality of work we have requested they make additional home improvements for us.

I’ve used Lozado Contracting for multiple projects now, they completely redid my kitchen after water damage and more recently repaired my roof. Both times the work was excellent, and Anthony was professional and responsive. During the roof repair, a window screen was accidentally damaged, but once I brought it to his attention, he made sure it was taken care of and personally followed up to get it fixed. Overall, I’m very happy with their quality of work and customer service. Reliable, efficient, and takes pride in making sure things are done right. I’ll definitely continue using them for future projects.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Lozado Contracting on several emergency projects, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of work. From start to finish, their team communicated clearly, stayed on schedule, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. Their craftsmanship and commitment to excellence truly set them apart from other contractors I’ve worked with. Whether it was handling unexpected challenges or fine-tuning the finishing touches, they approached every task with care and pride in their work. I highly recommend Lozado Contracting to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and trustworthy contractors. I look forward to collaborating with them again in the future.

I needed a full renovation of the lower level of my home and a complete renovation of a rotted wood deck. Anthony of Lozado Contractors took my vision and ran with it. From concept to completion, I’m blown away with the results. The team are professionals and very good craftsman. At every turn my input was included, even when changes or adjustments needed to be made I could count on the expertise and experience of this team. Anthony also helped with securing a great vendor for the shower glass doors while returning the one purchased that didn’t fit. Not only did they return the door, the replacement was at a lower cost. Above and beyond service. I recommend this company for all your needs. No job too small. The attention to detail for my project was always on display. I’m already making plans to work with this team on my next home projects.

I needed my bathroom remodeled. Anthony was lower than the other 2 contractors I talked to. He was also more detailed and professional than the others. The work was done quickly although it was winter. He pointed out issues along the way and asked if I wanted to fix them or live with them. The end result was clean and professional. After that I asked him to do 2 more small jobs, painting and drywall. Both were done quickly with good results.

Anthony is the man. After moving into a DC row home that needed a lot of work, Anthony and his team were a God send. I first hired him to renovate our master bathroom and we were so impressed we quickly hired him again to do 2 more bathrooms, then again to replace a patio door, and then once more to resurface our fireplace. Anthony's work is well-priced (after getting a lot of quotes, we generally found he came in around the middle pricewise) and well executed. His final pricing is always exactly what was quoted up front. After working with him on so many projects, he's honestly become quite the family friend of ours! I've since recommended him to two other friends who needed work done to their newly purchased homes and each also had similarly positive experiences. Anthony is always kind, professional and great about communicating expectations as the project goes on. Most importantly, I've been impressed with his follow through after projects are done. Some contractors walk out, take the check and wash their hands of you - but not Anthony! If I've noticed a little thing that needs tweaking after the project is complete, he always quickly sends someone back to take care of it. Can't recommend him enough.
