OnTarget Remodeling

I recently hired OnTarget Remodeling to replace the roof on my home which is a roof-top deck. I had gotten three quotes, and OnTarget not only came in as the most affordable, but their service really impressed me. This was a Duradek-type roof, which can get pretty expensive, so I wanted to make sure I was choosing the right contractor. Michael and Jonathan were fantastic to work with. Their communication was clear and consistent. They kept me updated through the entire process. They arrived on time, completed the project as promised, and left the site very clean. During the work, they found a few issues and suggested some appropriate fixes. I never felt like they were trying to sell me more work. They explained everything clearly, and their recommendations made sense. The quality of the finished roof is excellent. I am very happy with the results. I would highly recommend OnTarget Remodeling to anyone in our HOA or anywhere else. Great experience all around.

Our Duradek roofdeck finally hit end of life so we had to bite the bullet and get it redone. When they came for an estimate OnTarget immediately impressed us with their professionalism. Michael gave a thorough explanation of the work that would need to be done and proposed a solution for some none Duradek-related issues we had with our deck. There were a couple of other small repair items that he was also able to throw into the job which made our lives a lot more convenient. For prices we got four estimates and OnTarget was competitive with one other estimate and cheaper than two others. The work was scheduled quickly and was completed in under two days. Everyone who worked for the company was extremely courteous and went out of their way not to leave a mess in the house and to clean up after the job was done. From what I can tell the work that was done was solid and high quality. Obviously with roof work we won't know for sure until it's holding up a few years later, but everything looks great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend OnTarget to other people who need a similar job done or to use them for other work on our house.

I found On Target through Duradek MidAtlantic. OnTarget Remodeling is a certified Duradek installer which was music to my ears. You want to make sure you have a certified Duradek installer. Three things that were important to me in selecting OnTarget Remodeling. 1. Excellent reviews. 2. Quality of work from previous jobs 3. Very reasonable pricing This job wasn’t your standard replacement of Duradek on a rooftop terrace. I required the demolishing of the porcelain tile that was place overtop the Duradek. I also had multiple leaks which cause a lot of wood damage which had to be replace. Mike team was very professional and did an excellent job fixing my rooftop terrace. Great quality work, strong ability to adapt when presented with challenges, and the best communication response times not just of any contractor, but of nearly any person I've ever met. Texts and phone calls are often responded to within minutes. -- Mike renovated all 3.5 bathrooms, built a gym and theater in our basement, and has helped us correct a number of structural and other hidden issues along the way. He's the guy you want for this stuff, and the only one we'll ever call.

I found Mike and OnTarget through Duradek MidAtlantic as a certified Duradek installer. OnTarget was able to conduct a pre-sale roof inspection, then last year completed a complete roof install. We have also had other projects that have come up to include interior painting and an exterior door replacement that we have called on OnTarget for. Also - Mike is always super responsive, which is very important, and his team arrives on time and does a great job!
