It was great experience, KP is very friendly and open minded person. - he has quality team - uses good materials - does professional job He is open minded and listens to your needs, as you know construction is not an easy job there are always situations where few things need to be adjusted, KP is open to those discussions and accommodating to those needs. I would seriously recommend KP and PMW for any future work.

We recently completed the legal finishing of our basement and hired PMW Renovations for the project. We are absolutely delighted with that decision. From the very beginning, they did an amazing job—highly professional, organized, and able to complete the entire basement within a tight 2-month deadline. Because our basement had a below-grade entrance, their expert guidance was invaluable in helping us navigate the process of obtaining all the required clearances from the City. During construction, the team consistently maintained a high level of workmanship. It was a great feeling to see our brand-new, professionally finished basement come to life. We highly recommend PMW Renovations for any legal basement project or home renovation work. Great job, PMW Renovations!

We recently had PMW & Renovations complete renovation for us, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! They replaced our flooring with beautiful engineered hardwood, painted the interior walls and created a stunning accent wall. Everything was done exactly to our satisfaction and completed within the timeframe as promised. KP was very easy to work with, quite responsive and always open to suggestions. Highly recommend PMW & Renovations to anyone looking for quality workmanship and reliable service!

We recently got our main floor completely renovated — flooring, painting, baseboards, stairs, kitchen, fireplace, and powder room — and I couldn't be happier with the results! Our contractor did an absolutely amazing job. His entire team was super professional, always on time, and really respectful throughout the process. What I loved most was how open they were to our suggestions — every little change we asked for was handled with care. The coordination between all the different teams was seamless, and to top it off, the entire project was finished ahead of schedule! Now, I’m truly enjoying every moment in my beautifully renovated home. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality work with zero stress! ???????

Overall a great experience to work with. Contractors for the most part were nice and timely, however lack of thorough cleanup post job was a downside. Visually the kitchen renovation was very well done. Our space looks a lot bigger now and we’ve gotten many complements on it. Mr. KP was very nice and communicative. He had good knowledge of project execution. If we had any issues, for the most part they would get handled to our satisfaction and on a timely manner. Thanks to PMW & Renovations for a job well done!
