Customer Reviews

Mary E

I’m extremely happy with our home remodeling project. The team was punctual every day, respectful of our home, and very transparent about costs. They worked within our budget without cutting corners, which really shows their honest work ethic. It’s hard to find contractors you can truly trust, and these guys delivered. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Kyvos renovated my kitchen with a complete tear down and replace. Niko has been in this business for a long time, so he knows everyone. We wanted to get floors replaced, he had a guy. We wanted to get a custom bench made, he knew a guy. The amount of knowledge and connections he had saved me a lot of time and effort. He was always reachable by phone and text anytime I had questions and concerns. I’m very happy I hired Kyvos to complete my renovation and I recommend him for anyone who wants a general contractor who can handle any request. I’d Niko again for any future work as well.

Had Niko renovate our kitchen. Did a fantastic job, even matching our 100 year flooring. Very professional, on time and on budget

Misha Edel

I had a great experience working with this contractor on my bathroom remodel. Niko was very easy to work with, helped a lot with design choices and materials, and offered fair pricing. The crew was always on time, meticulous in their work, and brought in excellent specialty contractors for the glass doors. They stayed on schedule, finished on budget, and made sure every detail was handled. I’m very satisfied with the results and would highly recommend them!
