Susan Stewart
We hired KM General Renovation LLC for several home improvement projects and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Kelvin is an excellent worker with a great team—always friendly, professional, and respectful of our space. They consistently cleaned up after each job, which we really appreciated.
What sets Kelvin apart is his innovative problem-solving. He has a true knack for figuring out how to repair, install, or configure just about anything. Over the course of each project, they tackled everything from installing new doors and back porch posts to repairing rotten wood, replacing laminate floor planks and underboarding, installing marble thresholds, and even replacing our roof. Every job was done with care and precision.
We highly recommend Kelvin and KM General Renovation LLC for any home improvement work. They’re dependable, capable, and a pleasure to work with.

I hired KM Contractors, first to do some carpentry work. On time and very organized. Then I called to have two bathroom remodeled they came out very nice. I was happy with the timing and professionalism that was given to my project. Soon I will call to do some other upgrades to my house. As it is very hard to find reliability. That’s why this company gets 5 star.
