I called Help Home Improvements to remodel an old shower because the water would puddle in certain spots after taking a shower. The new shower looked very nice after they were done. However, the water would still puddle in new spots now. My husband and I called David again, and he said they would fix it. It didn't happen right away. We had to keep calling and texting until finally they came and said it was fixed. It was not. It still puddles in one area, which is the reason why we wanted to remodel our shower in the first place, and now the floor in that area isn't smooth. It looks ugly in that one area. You could tell where they placed the second floor tiles because they are chipped. You see grout instead of the complete tile, and it's uneven. Also, they installed shower glass doors, and a little bit of water is coming out of the shower after taking a shower, which defeats the purpose of a shower door. We texted and called David again to see if they can fix it correctly. He said to send him pictures of the shower, which I did. Then he said he would have to check it again. I also told him about the water coming out of the door. He told me to buy a seal for it and he can install it, so I bought one. He scheduled a day for that, but he did not show up. My husband texted and called David again the next week. He never responded. I cannot recommend Home Help Improvements to anyone. They are unreliable. Now, I need to call someone else to fix their mess.
