I would like to take this time to share that the ownerChris Caraveo is an awesome person to work with. He is very knowledgeable and most of all listens to the customers needs and wants. Not only that he is an awesome home builder but he has an eye for the look that his customer wants, his contractors are all knowledgeable and awesome and clean, very respectful an attentive to the scope of work that is being done. Chris built our home and just finished it and we are preparing to close, the home is more than we have ever had and or expected, it is so modern and it is finished with high end integrity and workmanship, there is nothing that he did that we did not like, the kitchen is impeccable and so beautiful, he even built us a entertainment area, the house also has an amazing hvac system that keeps the house nice and cold. This is my first semi custom home to own , if you want a new home this is the company to go with, I promise that you will not regret it, look at the pictures and tell me otherwise.
