I recently had Nathanial’s Construction complete an addition on my grandmothers home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Nathaniel's Construction did a lot of work at our house, including window replacements, siding repair, roof and soffit repair, etc. They even build a new pitched roof in place of an old flat roof. They are very thorough and meticulous and do a great job. I am very pleased with the results.
Recently had my house resided, new soffits, gutters and the front porch rebuilt . Complete transformation. Great crew, showed up every day on time, very respectful. Meticulous work. Price was great. We love Vinyl Records. We have a large collection and never had a great place to display, listen to, or store it. After moving into our home, we knew that our front room would be a perfect location for… something. After some thoughts, and my wife’s imagination, we decided it would be a great room for some custom shelves. We researched and called several local contractors, always being dismissed when we said “Vinyl”. We were told that it would be too heavy or difficult to construct. My wife met Nathanial Construction at the Buffalo Home Show earlier this year. After explaining what we were looking for, they were genuinely excited for a project just like the one we had in mind. Nathanial is a carpenter by trade and knew he could do it. After many months of planning, my wife constantly texting with Crystal, we came up with a plan.We honestly could have never imagined how amazing it would turn out. The team did a phenomenal job. Nate’s custom work was incredible, and we could just tell how passionate he was on the project. Steve and the teams work on the floors, electrical and cabinetry was excellent. We’ve worked with a lot of contractors over the years and they were by far the best, especially at cleanup. They were timely, efficient, and so unbelievably nice. The work really speaks for itself so I’ve posted some before and after pictures as well.We’re blown away by the end result and cannot thank Nathanials Construction enough. If you’re looking for work, call them!
To say that Nathaniel and his team did a remarkable job would be an understatement. We rented for nine years prior to buying our first house, and the one thing we always dreamed of having one day was our own living space in the backyard. As cliche as this will sound, Nathaniel made our dream a reality.This was our first true major home renovation, but our minds were put at ease immediately the day he came over to assess the current "situation"/condition of what we had at the time. We spent over an hour discussing options as we walked around the perimeter sharing our vision with him. He exuded passion like we had never seen before in a contractor, and we knew we would not be disappointed in our selection of Nathaniel's Construction. He had an incredible team of workers that were tremendously kind and overall so pleasant to work/speak with.We've had numerous people from the neighborhood stop us in passing while walking our dog around the block just to compliment us on how beautiful the deck turned out--some of whom we don't really know that well! Needless to say, we requested a stack of business cards so that we could refer Nathaniel's to friends and family. :) We are already looking forward to hiring them for our next home project, whenever that may be. You will not be disappointed.
