We knew Davies wasn't the cheapest, but we saw this as an investment, and wanted to ensure that everything was done properly, with a reputable company. From beginning to end, the communication and project management was top notch. We would get updates at the end of the day, with clear communication on what happened and what the schedule looked like for the following day. The team was also super friendly and kept everything tidy during the reno. The end product is incredible and it turned out better than what we had imagined. I would 100% recommend making the investment with Davies and doing it correct from the beginning.

From the first walkthrough, they were very knowledgeable, providing valuable insights on the condition of the house, which helped clearly define deliverables and accurate timelines. Throughout the process, the team provided regular detailed updates and delivered on time, resulting in a smooth move-in!

What I appreciated most was their commitment to excellence, demonstrated by their follow-ups after my move-in to complete all final touches. It’s also worth mentioning that they were really great with my crazy dog!

The work the team did really helped make this place feel like home! As I settle into home ownership, I’m looking forward to working with the Davies GC team again soon!
