We hired Northgate construction to renovate our bathroom. We decided to make a powder room and an ensuite out of our main bathroom. Tellen and Mike did an excellent job and all the necessary tradespeople coming into our home were professional and exceptional at their jobs. We love how everything turned out. They do much work themselves, and for the trades such as plumbing, electrical and tiler, their choices match their own high standards. They keep to the quote and to the schedule. Their communication is terrific. They complied with all the condo paperwork. They clean up after themselves. They are a pleasure to have in your home.In our case we had them replace one bathroom floor and the two bathroom vanities in our condo. That involved demolition, reworked plumbing, custom vanities, new tile, baseboard and casement, drywall repair and painting, new lighting and mirrors.We have no hesitation in recommending them.
