I cannot recommend Northgate Construction too highly! They completed a substantial renovation of our condo. Every aspect of our collaboration was highly professional, affordable and timely. We were extremely happy with the final result and are proud to host our family and friends. Northgate went a step further to introduce us to Access Rebates who obtained a $16,000 HST rebate for us. Northgate Construction is a solid trustworthy organization and were fun to deal with.

Tellen and Mike did an excellent job and all the necessary tradespeople coming into our home were professional and exceptional at their jobs. We love how everything turned out. Tellen and Mike were always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. Project went smoothly and was on time. Northgate Construction was the perfect choice for us. Tellen and Mike have integrity. Their work is excellent. They do much work themselves, and for the trades such as plumbing, electrical and tiler, their choices match their own high standards. They keep to the quote and to the schedule. Their communication is terrific. They complied with all the condo paperwork. They clean up after themselves. They are a pleasure to have in your home.

In our case we had them replace one bathroom floor and the two bathroom vanities in our condo. That involved demolition, reworked plumbing, custom vanities, new tile, baseboard and casement, drywall repair and painting, new lighting and mirrors.

We have no hesitation in recommending them.
