Reviews

What customers say

Customers praise Mesa's communication and the quality of the finished work. On a deck project, one customer especially appreciated his direct coordination with a vendor after incorrect deliveries—and that he picked up items himself.

Mesa deserves every star of the five and more! He was extremely thoughtful and receptive to our needs in the bathroom remodel and picking out just the right components. His communication was exceptional and the job expertly done in no time. Highly recommended and we would use him again in a heart beat!

Mesa and his team were very responsive to our requests to replace our deck. Our materials vendor made several mistakes (delivering incorrect items) and Mesa spoke directly to the vendor to get everything squared away -- even picking up items from the vendor so that we didn't need to make the a trip there ourselves. We had several unique requests and Mesa made sure he and his crew executed on our vision. We felt taken care of from the start to the finish and are very pleased with our new deck!

Horizons did a full interior facelift of our home- walls, ceilings, kitchen floor tile, bathroom renovation, paint, etc. and did a tremendous job. Mesa was a pleasure to work with, as he is a great communicator. He kept me updated on the work, timing, costs, etc. High attention to detail and high quality. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. I’d highly recommend him and his crew.

Mesa and his team completed a challenging (quirky original plumbing; handcrafted tile installation) efficiently, skillfully and under budget. They communicated closely to assure important details, such as the shower niche design, were aesthetically appealing and achieved a high standard. I hope to have Horizons take on a long overdue kitchen remodel next year.
