HRB Home Remodeling Inc.

I'm very happy that we chose HRB Home Remodeling and Nikolai to do a bathroom renovation for us. Nikolai and his crew tackled old and problematic plumbing issues professionally and with good humour despite the extra time involved in the unplanned repairs. Even with this initial setback Nikolai delivered the job on time and on budget and we could not be happier with the results - the bathroom looks fantastic. We will definitely use HRB Home Remodeling again.

Nicolai is very good at what he does. He's a true professional! My bathroom is a work of art and the tiles are done perfectly... The kitchen is emaculate and the heated tiles are perfect! Everything done in my suite/loft is done very professional by this man. I highly recommend you hire him for any home remodeling!

Nikolai at HRB Home Remodeling recently completed our basement renovation which included new lighting, flooring, insulation, drywall, windows, updated bathroom, laundry area and coat closet. He stayed within his quote and timeline. We were very happy with his work. He was on-site every day of the job, and he did most of the work himself. His sub-trades were very respectable and professional, and they cleaned up at the end of the day. Nik had excellent communication throughout the project. He responded to any questions within the hour if not sooner. We've worked with other contractors in the past and by far, Nik has been the best! He has great ideas and is very efficient. Thank you Nik for making our basement warmer and more functional. Highly recommend Nikolai for your renovation project.

Olmani has been a trusted company for my home since 2011. Nikolai is consistently professional, personable, trust-worthy and dependable. He sets realistic time frames and is mindful of his customers’ budgets, thus not only getting the work completed in a timely manner but also at the promised price. I recently hired Olmani to complete a Pre-sale Renovation and Update on my home. Nikolai kept my objective in mind when making excellent suggestions on what I should spend my money on. His expertise combined with a familiarity of the current housing market enabled me to maximize the return. He was instrumental in helping me get a good price for my home.

*Posted with permission from our customer* I contacted Nikolai from Olmani Development to repair damage due to flooding in my basement. Nikolai was a consummate professional. He was experienced with insurance claim repair work, and new how to handle difficult insurance adjusters. The very morning after we awarded Nikolai the contract he was at my house starting work. From there on, he was at my house personally every morning working, and ensuring his crew was working to the highest possible standards. I was constantly updated on progress (at my request ) and he worked diligently through to completion much faster then I expected. The final work was of the highest possible quality. A thousand times better and faster then if I would have allowed the restoration company to sub contact the work out. Nikolai was always available when I had questions and concerns. I have personally recommended him to my family and friends, and he will always be the first person I call when I need any kind of home repair work completed in the future. I can not make a higher recommendation then that. Sincerely, Dan
