I had an excellent experience with Central Minnesota Renovations. They helped me get all of my windows replaced and saved me a boatload of money in the process. This was my first major home repair, and I was really impressed with Percy—he was professional, knowledgeable, and guided me through every step. He even met with my insurance adjuster and advocated on my behalf to ensure the insurance company covered the full scope of the damages. He managed tight timelines to secure an extension and coordinated everything to keep the project on track. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them!

Zak answered all my questions, effortlessly submitted my insurance claim and oversaw the entire project from beginning to end.
