LivingScape Homes & Renovations

With Livingscape we recently completed a significant renovation to our home that involved the main floor, upstairs, and basement levels. We were more than pleased with both the final result and the work process. Maureen was great to work with and was extremely helpful working with us to select colours, and materials that would suit our style and blend together in a contemporary design. She did a lot of work behind the scenes to narrow down the options available and thus make our design decisions easier. The project was completed within the time that we were quoted and the costs came in as expected. The quality of workmanship throughout is excellent. I like the cost-plus process that Livingscape uses as it allows you to see exactly where your money is going. Pat kept us informed of progress and followed up promptly on any issues that we raised. I strongly recommend that you seriously consider Livingscape for your project.

Very positive experience working with Pat and his team at Livingscape. Pat was very accessible, and was at our home frequently during the project. His team was friendly and did high quality work. We were happy with how the project turned out, and the cost matched our expectations. Strong recommend!

We had an amazing experience working with Pat and Maureen! The organization, attention to detail and professionalism with LivingScape had our project done in no time. The people and the trades they work with were fantastic, detailed oriented and very professional. Doing a major renovation can be so stressful but we found that Pat and Maureen were so organized we can’t imagine anyone doing as much work as they did in such a short timeline. Absolutely amazing and the new house is everything we wanted! If you are looking for a contractor you can trust and rely on I would definitely recommend LivingScape

Highly Recommend this company! Our first project was a mud room addition - a necessary and practical add on to the home. From first design and budgeting through to placing the last door stop, the experience was entirely professional and enjoyable! Pat and Maureen are great people to work with who care about the project meeting your needs...all of them! I value consistent and clear communication and I never needed to ask for that...it comes standard! As obstacles were met, we overcame them together - quickly and without drama. Needless to say, we're already doing more projects with LivingScape! (My only hesitation in providing this glowing review is that they'll become too busy to serve my ever growing list!). Thanks Pat and Maureen! Until next time!

Livingscape did a wonderful job on our recent project to "refresh" the outdated finishes in our early 2000's build home in Tuscany. Pat and Maureen were a pleasure to work with - they are professional, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable about their craft. They offered excellent expertise when it came to design and project decisions while respecting our budget and desired project scope. They operate with a high level of integrity and take great pride in their business, which was clear from the first meeting through to project completion. Both Pat and Maureen communicated consistently with us and were always very responsive throughout the project. The tradespeople Livingscape works with were also reliable, professional and delivered high quality workmanship. Despite a period of labour and supply chain difficulties, Livingscape did a fantastic job at keeping things moving as efficiently as possible. We were confident that our project was being effectively managed throughout the entire duration. In the end, we are very happy with how our renovation turned out and would not hesitate to work with Livingscape again in the future!
