NEDC completed remodeled our bathrooms about nine years ago, and they have held up great. But recently one of the rollers on the shower door broke. I contacted them just to see if they could identify the parts we neeeded and where to get them, but they went much further, finding the part and vendor in their records, working with the vendor to find a replacement, and had it sent to our house (at no cost). I was able to do the repair myself, but NEDC made it clear they would send someone to help if needed. It's a big relief to know that even after 10 years, as things age and wear out, we can go back to NEDC for help keeping things like new.

I have nothing but glowing remarks for NEDC. I have worked with many home remodeling firms over the years regarding many small to medium to large remodeling projects and NEDC by far has been the best contractor I have ever dealt with for a host of reasons. First, they really care about their clients and their home. They are good listeners and work really hard to get you the results you're looking for on your project. Second, they don't nickel and dime you and their work is of the highest quality and at a fair price point. Third, the company is well staffed which means their is always multiple individuals connected to your project to answer questions or address needs or concerns. They do very high quality work and take care of everything. They also operate with a lot of integrity and trustworthiness. When something doesn't go to plan, they take care of it. They do everything they can to make sure you are happy and satisfied with the work and that you are setup to enjoy it for a long time. This is hard to find in the construction business and is what sets NEDC apart, in my opinion.I can't imagine another design and build firm that is as professional, reliable and talented as NEDC. The team is very personable, passionate and just plain nice. And the end result is outstanding.
